We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish in home therapist to work in FSP, our dynamic mental health program!

The Full Service Partnership program (FSP) provides primarily field-based services to under/uninsured children and families, through teams consisting of clinicians, parent partners and case managers. Similar in scope to Wraparound, services are designed to be delivered in a way that is respectful of a family's customs, culture and values and are centered on identified family strengths. Program goals include assisting families to provide safe, secure and loving homes, taking part in all appropriate educational, vocational, spiritual and recreational activities, and enabling access to all of the formal and informal community supports that they need. Clients will be able to receive trauma-based services, mental health services, substance abuse services( including evaluation, prevention and treatment), and domestic violence services (including prevention and intervention). Support groups will be offered to parents to increase skills, share information/resources, and form support networks. Resources for housing and health care coverage are also available.

Populations served will include pre-natal-5y/o at high risk, children removed/high risk of removal from home, children with severe difficulties in school and youth involved with probation.

MFT, MSW, LMFT, LCSW, Ph.D, or PsyD applicants with cultural awareness and sensitivity. Must be bilingual in Spanish! All staff joining FSP program will undergo intensive pre-service training, weekly training thereafter, and will be sent to trainings outside the agency as necessary. All FSP staff will receive ongoing supervision. Staff must be available to respond to crises 24/7.
