We are looking for a for an Executive Secretary to work for us!!!
Ability to communicate effectively with people inside an outside of the agency.
Great people and writing skills.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, and Power Point.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be detail-oriented.
Flexible, energetic and willing to learn.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in managing databases for development and tracking gifts and pledges and follow up.
Assist in the organization of special events and conferences.
Assist in the cultivation of new partnerships and sponsorships.
Work closely with development and special projects in proposal writing, report preparation, and grant proposals.
Develop new fundraising initiatives in coordination with development executive and project staff.
Help coordinate communicate between the CEO, Development Executive, and Community Affairs and other staff.
Answer phones in executive area.
Support executive VP with keeping calendar, scheduling appointments and placing phone calls.
Run errands as needed.
Other various administrative tasks associated with administration, communications, and development.
