• Job: Residential Counselor (DD Homes)

We are currently looking for caring, hardworking residential counselors to work in a faced paced group home setting serving adults with developmental disabilities.

Job Description:

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Direct client care and supervision in a residential setting
- Support and assistance with client personal care, daily living skills, and self help skills
- Tracking and implementing behavioral programs
- Supervision of recreational activities, outings, and groups

Full time 52 hour shift includes 3 and a half day work week with 2 asleep overnights and 12 hours of built in overtime. We provide all required training and an excellent benefits package.

We also have relief positions available. 

Qualifications:

HS diploma required, current CPR and First Aid card, AA Degree preferred and experience working with developmentally disabled adults a plus.

This position includes driving an agency vehicle and requires a valid CA driver’s license, clean driving record and the ability to be insured. Must have less than 2 points on license!
