The Help Group is the largest, most innovative and comprehensive nonprofit organization in the United States, serving children with special needs related to autism, Asperger’s disorder, learning disabilities, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, mental retardation, abuse and emotional problems.

We are searching for HIGHLY QUALIFIED Middle School special education teachers to work in the Bridgeport School, one of our nonpublic schools located on our Sherman Oaks campus. Work with students with autism with severe behavioral challenges. Must have experience with this population, as well as strong classroom management skills. MUST HAVE STRONG EXPERIENCE WITH BEHAVIORS!

Requirements:
Dedicated Highly Qualified Teacher (Level I or II Mild/Moderate credential WITH added authorization to teach autism or Moderate/Severe credential), who is able to implement individual student education programs; supervise classroom staff; manage student behavior; work with parents. Again, strong experience with our population is a MUST!
