We are searching for a HIGHLY QUALIFIED Elementary special education teacher to work in a 2nd-3rd grade classroom in the Village Glen School, one of our nonpublic schools located on our Culver City campus. Work with students with high functioning autism and related developmental disabilities. Must have experience with this population, as well as strong classroom management skills. Must have ABA experience and experience modifying curriculum. 

Requirements:
Dedicated Highly Qualified Teacher (current enrollment in a University internship program; Level I or II Mild/Moderate credential WITH added authorization to teach autism or Moderate/Severe credential), who is able to implement individual student education programs; supervise classroom staff; manage student behavior; work with parents.

THIS POSITION STARTS ASAP! We are searching for a highly qualified special education teacher with 3-4 years of experience to work in our Sunrise school, located on our Sherman Oaks campus. This particular position works with early elementary age students with autism and related developmental disabilities who exhibit severe behaviors and who may or may not be non-verbal. Experience with this population and age group, as well as strong classroom management skills, are an absolute must! 

YOU ARE: 

A dedicated Highly Qualified (current or expected enrollment in a University internship program; Level I/II credential Moderate/Severe Special Education Teacher), who is able to implement individual student education programs; supervise classroom staff; manage student behavior; work with parents. Again, experience with our population is a MUST. A Moderate/Severe credential is REQUIRED; those with Mild/Moderate credentials will NOT be considered. 

We pay our Level I/Level II teachers according to the LAUSD pay scale.
