To our Advance LA Community,

Happy Holidays! We wish you joy and peace during this season and may your New Year be
filled with love, health, and happiness.

While the holiday season can be filled with fun, some neurodivergent young adults can find the disruption to daily routines to be really stressful. In this month’s blogpost, we offer strategies for helping your neurodivergent young adult to have an enjoyable holiday with less stress and anxiety.

Advance LA’s mission is to help our clients advance to independent adulthood. Our Life Skills Coaches meet with their clients remotely, or in person, to provide support and guidance in areas including academics, executive functioning, time management, organization, social/dating skills, job/internship obtainment and maintenance, and independent living skills.

Please contact us at advancela@thehelpgroup.org for more information.

Wishing you all the best,

Jeri Rochman, JD, MS
