The Help Group reaches more than 25,000 children, adolescents, adults, and families annually through a wide-ranging network of specialized day schools, comprehensive mental health services, vocational training, and community engagement initiatives across Los Angeles and beyond. Its nine schools, serving 1,000 students from preschool through high school, provide customized education for young people with diverse learning, developmental, and emotional challenges. Beyond the classroom, The Help Group offers an array of essential programs—including mental health counseling, residential care, job readiness training, and targeted support for LGBTQ+ youth and adults—delivering critical resources that empower individuals, nurture resilience, and strengthen families.
