This September, The Help Group’s STEM³ Academy’s Robotics team won a championship trophy at the Southern California Regional Robotics Forum Fall Classic – an annual robotics competition.

The mission of the event is to spread awareness for the FIRST Robotics Competition, and provide students with the opportunity to compete with their robotics creations.

Dr. Ellis Crasnow, Director of STEM³ Academy and STEM education at The Help Group, remarked, “This was the first robotics event of the new academic year, and helped all the new students get engaged for the official games that start in January. It’s always good to start the year with a win!”

Last year, STEM³ Academy’s Robotics Team won a spot at the FIRST World Championship competition in Houston. For the team, this was an extraordinary opportunity, and the second time that they have been selected to participate in the international competition. The Help Group is very proud of our amazing robotics team’s many accomplishments!
