Morning Meditation and Mindfulness9:30-10:15am (Weekly)Young AdultsStarting your day with a meditation can help decrease stress and prepare your body for a successful day. Please join us for a weekly class focusing on calming the body and mind in preparation for the week ahead. No experience practicing mindfulness or meditation is needed.RSVP
Social Skills Group2:30-3:15pm (7 weekly sessions)Ages 7-11Social skills group for children with autism and other social-emotional challenges.RSVP


Nama-Stay at Home: Yoga for Kids3:00-3:45pm (Weekly)Ages 6-11Yoga has many benefits for children including improving physical health and mental health. Join us for a kid-friendly yoga class for children with and without disabilities. No prior experience with yoga is necessary.RSVP
College Survival3:00-4:00pm (Weekly)College studentsThese sessions will provide young adults with strategies for achieving success during remote learning. Strategies include creating the SMART goals for individual success, creating and maintaining a daily schedule, time management skills, and effectively communicating with professors/peers online.RSVP


Let’s Do Lunch11:00 am - 12:00 pm (Weekly)Young AdultsLearn basic cooking skills while having a fun social hour. We will make quesadillas, chicken noodle soup, spaghetti with meat sauce, omelets and much more! Ingredients list will be available or you can watch how to cook these meals RSVP
Fun & Fitness3:00-4:00pm (8 weekly sessions)Ages 8-13Recreational and movement activities for children with autism and other social-emotional or behavioral challenges.RSVP
Virtual College Visits3:00-4:00pm (Weekly)High School studentsWe will explore a college’s website, take their virtual tour together, investigate what majors are being offered, and learn how to sign up for a college’s mailing list.RSVP
Kaleidoscope’s Pride Club4:00-5:00pm (Weekly)LGBTQ+ youth and allies, ages 12-17Connect with other LGBTQ+ teens and their allies virtually with Kaleidoscope.RSVP
Parent-2-Parent Support Group4:00-5:00 pm (Bi-Weekly)Parents of children under 18This support group will target ways to cope with the unique stressors related to parenting during the stay-at-home order (e.g., routine changes, behavioral issues). This group will also reinforce development of social skills.RSVP


Self-Care during Self-Isolation9:30-10:30am (Weekly)Young AdultsTips on how to practice self-care, socialize from afar, express your feelings, practice relaxation, and accept support from others.RSVP
Worry Warriors3:00-4:00 pm (Weekly)Agest 8-13These sessions follow a semi-structured curriculum to teach and practice cognitive-behavioral strategies in dealing with anxiety. Engaging and easy-to-follow lessons with live feedback!RSVP
Kaleidoscope’s Coffee Chat3:00-4:00pm (Weekly)LGBTQ+ young adults and allies, ages 18-24Young adults of the LGBTQ+ community are invited to join Kaleidoscope for an afternoon of virtually meeting peers & feeling encouraged.RSVP
Quarantinis & Quarancinos: Parent Happy Hour5:15-6:15 pm (Weekly)ParentsJoin psychologists Dr. Laurie Stephens and Dr. Jamie Barstein for cocktails or coffee to discuss various topics such as parenting children with disabilities or how to cope with stay-at-home orders. Kaleidoscope’s Creative Expressions6:00-7:00pm (Bi-Weekly)Ages 12-17Join in creative activities, share your own artistic expression, and learn about the creations of others -- whether it be something written, a song, a dance or a piece of art. Some weeks we will feature guest artists.RSVP
Parent-2-Parent Support Group6:00-7:00 pm (Bi-Weekly)Parents of individuals 18+This support group provides an opportunity to connect with other parents, share stories, and learn from one another. Parents will select topics and group leaders will facilitate discussions and offer guidance.RSVP


To the Letter: LGBTQ+2:00-3:00pm (Monthly)Parents, caregivers, and family members ages 16+This interactive class teaches all about the significance and differences of sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. If you’re an ally who wants to learn more about what it means to be LGBTQ+ and how to provide affirming support for your LGBTQ+ loved one, this class is for you!RSVP
